A & J Documents Shredding is a family owned and operated business, founded in the 1980s.We service all of the Central Florida area. Documents can be either be picked up by us, or dropped off to our destruction site. Upon request, witnessing the destruction process is available. Picked up documents are transported in a secure truck and delivered to our facility, where it is monitored by a 24 hour security system. The facility is also gated and locked when not under direct supervision. Papers are shredded into strips roughly five millimeters in width and compressed into large bails. The large bails are compromised of many different documents from various locations, making it impossible to piece an individual document together. These bails are then transported to a recycling plant and turned into assorted paper products. Each month, when your documents have been destructed, you will receive a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
